1. What this covers
This policy explains how the FWT Logistics connection tools collect, use, and protect data from third-party systems.

2. Data we access
With authorization, the Service may read the following from connected systems:
- QuickBooks Online: vendors, bills, payments, customers, and accounting data needed for billing reconciliation
- Extensiv (WMS): customers, items, inventory, receivers, orders, and billing charges
- PortPro: loads, customers, drivers, and costs
- Microsoft 365: mailbox messages and attachments for the billing and inquiry mailboxes

3. How we use it
We use this data only to display operational information, reconcile billing, and support the FWT Logistics business processes listed above. We do not sell this data.

4. How we protect credentials and data
Client secrets, tokens, and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored on the server. They are not sent to or stored in the browser. Access is limited to authorized users.

5. Sharing
We do not share connected-system data with outside parties, except as required by law or with service providers needed to operate the Service, who are bound to protect it.

6. Retention
We keep connected-system data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

7. Your choices
Authorized users can disconnect any connected system from the Connection center. Disconnecting stops new data from being retrieved.

8. Security incidents
If we learn of unauthorized access to connected-system data, we will notify affected parties as required by law and by the terms of those systems.

9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will show when it last changed.
