Terms of Use FWT Logistics Effective date: 10/22/2026

1. Acceptance By accessing or using the FWT Logistics internal connection tools (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Authorized use The Service is provided only to authorized FWT Logistics employees and contractors. You may use it only for FWT Logistics business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Connected accounts The Service may connect to third-party systems, including QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager, PortPro, and Microsoft 365. Your use of those systems remains subject to their own terms. You authorize the Service to access those accounts only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Accuracy of data Data retrieved from connected systems is provided for operational and financial reference. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for business, accounting, or legal decisions.

5. Acceptable use You may not use the Service to access data you are not authorized to view, attempt to bypass security controls, or misuse credentials, API keys, or tokens.

6. Intellectual property The Service, including its software and design, belongs to FWT Logistics or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, FWT Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will show when they last changed.
